Audio CD Mat Pilates, The Foundation, is an audio of beginner mat Pilates instruction. Trish teaches you mat Pilates exercise fundamentals. Starting with standing alignment followed by breathing, you will learn the beginning core exercises. Trish will teach you the drawing in maneuver or belly button to spine, zipping up, abdominal bracing or imprinting,funneling, posterior pelvic tilts and conclude with pelvic bridges.
